Naira Harutyunyan is a PhD student at the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary), conducting research on climate change and energy efficiency. She holds her MSc in Cooperation and Development from University Institute of Advanced Studies (Italy), MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy from the Central European University in Budapest (Hungary), and MSc in Management of Information Systems from Yerevan University of Management and Informatics. Naira Narutyunyan has worked at various Yerevan-based research and policy entities as well as the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development. She also has an extensive work experience within Armenian NGOs. Ms. Harutyunyan's fields of interest include climate change, carbon markets, clean development mechanism (CDM), energy efficiency, and renewables.
