Vahagn Movsesyan holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from Sant' Anna, Pisa, Italy as well as a Candidate of Economic Sciences (doctoral degree) from the Economics Research Institue, Yerevan, Armenia, and proceeded his graduate level legal studies at Boal Hall Law School, UC Berkeley, CA. Dr. Movsesyan has over 17 years of experience both in public and private sectors of different European countries. He has consulted EU Member States’ Governments, as well as International Organizations/Banks for Armenia related issues. Based in Nice, France, he has always been keeping tight links with Armenia by initiating and overseeing various projects. Dr. Movsesyan has been published in three languages and is fluent in five.
