Ms. Grigoiran has close to thirty years of experience in international development, working as a consultant for USAID, UN, UNDP and the private sector in Armenia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the United States. She has worked on issues including, but not limited to, counter human trafficking, gender, program management, NGO development (Armenia), project development (Pakistan), SME and NGO Development, youth and women empowerment (Afghanistan). She has received awards from UNDP/Ministry of Youth Affairs of Afghanistan and UNDP/Government of Pakistan for her services in international development. Ms. Grigorian is the founder of Armenia Village Operation (AVO), an NGO that specializes on community-based projects in rural villages in Armenia. She holds an MBA and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and International NGO Management.
