Vladimir Shekoyan holds a doctoral degree in Economics from the Moscow State University and doctoral degree in Finance from Georgetown University. Dr. Shekoyan has more than 15 years of international experience in accounting and auditing, macro-economics, financial analysis, policy research, quantitative and statistical measurement, development project management, and information systems management. His areas of expertise also include micro-finance, banking, econometrics, securities research, and investments promotion. Dr. Shekoyan's professional career includes such positions as Assistant to the World Bank Executive Director, covering a group of 12 mostly East European member countries; World Bank senior project economist; USAID project manager; CFO of an international law firm; and others. He is a member of US and international professional associations, and is a licensed US financial and securities advisor.
